Our role
The Home To-Do List Co. is a home-service coordination company. We help homeowners identify, schedule, and coordinate services through a network of independent local service professionals. We are not the direct provider of all services arranged through us; work is performed by the appropriate provider for each service.
Service availability and scope
Services are coordinated through local service professionals. Availability, pricing, and service scope vary by location, provider, and season. We currently serve Spring Hill, Brooksville, and surrounding Hernando County, Florida communities. All service details are confirmed with you before any work begins.
Quotes and payments
Every home and project is different. Pricing is provided before work begins and may depend on the providers required, the scope of the work, and scheduling. Payment terms are communicated clearly in advance of any scheduled service.
Scheduling and changes
We work to organize schedules around your needs. Weather, provider availability, and other factors may occasionally require rescheduling; we'll communicate promptly and work with you to find a new time.
